The 18th HORECA ended with great deals & a huge number of visitors

Yet another successful four-day event has come to an end, with HORECA proving that it is the mega exhibition event for Hotels and Catering. 

HORECA 2024 ended, making a great impression on everyone both for the plethora of exhibits, and the level of commercial agreements. All exhibitors said they were excited by the level of the organization, and the quality of visitors mainly consisting of decision makers. Based on what they said, when making their statements to the journalistic team of the organizing company, many discussions took place, they met with professionals who were really interested in their products, they concluded a significant number of agreements, while many more deals are expected to be concluded in the near future. 

At the same time, the absolute satisfaction for the range and quality of the exhibits, the speeches and presentations during the special events and the overall level of organization was expressed by the majority of visitors, who said that HORECA is the top hospitality exhibition. Their market research among HORECA exhibitors helped them save time and effort, while the valuable information and knowledge gained from the speeches during the special events will be useful tools for the operation of their businesses.  

Special events attracted the interest of all visitors 

Hundreds of professionals from every corner of Greece filled the spaces of the parallel events of HORECA, where they attended for the last day the special events by leading experts in the field. 

HORECA Business Lab was concluded today with educational talks and discussions, such as the next day of Online advertising, trends and changes in design and content of a Website, the role of Instagram & Tik Tok for hotels and also the management of reviews in the coffee shop using artificial intelligence. The cream of the crop chefs presented the culinary trends for the 4th and last day at the Gastronomy Lab in Hall 4. The topics revolved around, Vegan Ice Creams, Techniques & recipes for vegetarian & vegan creations, Mount Athos cuisine and the art of baking. You can see more here. 

At the Coffee Events, the show stealer were the finals of the Panhellenic Brewers Cup and Barista Championships. See the winners here.
