The high satisfaction of 90.6% of visitors seals the success of HORECA 2024

The high level of organization, the variety and quality of the products, the expertise of the exhibitors left the best impressions on the visitors of HORECA 2024, according to a survey carried out by the organizing company. 

The organizing company, always aiming to improve both in terms of the organizational level and the variety and quality of exhibitors and exhibits, conducted a visitor survey, on a large and representative sample of 1.220 visitors, from February 9-19th 

The trade show that covers all the needs and requirements of the industry 

Τhe large attendance at HORECA 2024 of the visitors who are Business Owners (63,4%), or General Managers (14,8%), gave the exhibition once again a huge commercial value, since their presence in this constitutes a necessary and decisive condition for the conclusion of commercial agreements. The fact that 34% answered that they visited the exhibition to learn about trends and new products, 21.7% to look for new suppliers, 21.5% to get offers and 10.1% to buy new products and an impressive 86% answered that they found the products and services they were looking for, proves that HORECA is for its visitors, the leading exhibition for the sector, which satisfies through its exhibitors and the products they present, with almost absolute completeness of their expectations, requirements and needs. 

90.6% of visitors declared satisfied with HORECA 2024 

The high visitor satisfaction rates obtained through the survey as it concerns the following: number of exhibitors (93.6%), quality and expertise of exhibitors (93.6%), overall experience (90.6%), prove that it is for visitors the leading exhibition for their industry since it satisfies with impressive completeness the requirements of their businesses and covers their commercial needs to a very large extent. Also, the commercial effectiveness of the exhibition was very important as according to the survey 52.2% closed deals during the exhibition while the intention to close deals (65.2%) highlights the very large commercial outcome of the meetings also after the trade show.  

*The survey was carried out by the online survey tool Typeform, using a semi-structured questionnaire, in a sample of 1.220 Greek professionals from the wider hotel and construction industry, architects, coffee industry, catering professionals.
