It is the first time that I visit HORECA and I think it’s wonderful. I’ ve never seen this in the past. I think is 100% for the coffee and the barista, really the world for the barista. The machines are important but the people behind the counter are those who are so passionate and give their heart for coffee. The level of the exhibition is really high. Two weeks ago I was in French for its regional exhibition and it was 10 times lower than here.
