Global trends in the fields of digital promotion, marketing and management of hotels, restaurants, cafes and bars will be presented on the stage of HORECA Business Lab at Hall 3 by marketeers, business owners and market executives. The stage of Coffee Events at Hall 1 will host interesting workshops around coffee, as well as the ultimate showcase of skill, knowledge, creativity, passion and personality in the world of coffee, Coffee Championships. Leading representatives of the modern gastronomy, and renowned chefs, during live cooking workshops at Gastronomy Lab stage at Hall 4, will present innovative cooking methods, zero waste techniques, nutritional trends, and modern menu ideas. Finally, HORECA will be once again the meeting point for top Greek and international executives of the tourism industry, who will visit the exhibition in order to attend the 8th International Hospitality Forum, organized by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.
