At the exhibitor booths, they found sustainable practices for tourist accommodations and food service businesses, energy upgrade solutions, modern technologies, and digital tools that will make it easier and more efficient to organize and promote a business in the sector. During the day, the latest social media trends for 2025 were presented, as well as new AI-based tools that can be utilized in businesses. The audience was also informed about omnichannel communication, the added value of influencer marketing, and the KPIs used in performance marketing.
The day concluded with practical strategies for managing negative reviews on social media platforms, Google, and TripAdvisor, as well as specialized techniques for creating high-quality viral content for corporate accounts.
Gastronomy Lab: Olive Oil, Edible Mist, and Empathy in Food service
For the third consecutive day, award-winning and internationally renowned chefs shared their knowledge and expertise at the Gastronomy Lab in Hall 4.
Visitors had the opportunity to dive into the importance of olive oil and discover the futuristic concept of edible clouds and inhalable flavors. Additionally, the relationship between science and philosophy in gastronomy was discussed, as well as the role of empathy in modern food service.
Coffee Championships in the Arena of Hall 1!
The stage of the Coffee Championships by SCA Greece hosted the final of the Barista Championship today. The best coffee experts competed for the title, with the winners earning the opportunity to represent Greece at the global competitions, competing for distinctions against the world’s top professionals. Additionally, for the first time in Greece, a study on the role of women in the Greek coffee industry was presented, conducted by the IWCA Greece.
