A lot of people came with questions willing to discuss, to taste our products and get to know us. That is why, for us, HORECA was very interesting, because it enhanced our relations with our market. We also noticed a quality upgrade in terms of the visitors’ profile, as we made contacts not only with restaurant entrepreneurs, but also with numerous operators, from hotels, restaurants and groups.
