For yet another event—this time in 2026—we evolve and upgrade, while simultaneously presenting fresh trends and bold ideas.
Once again, as exhibitors, we will welcome the most dynamic, modern, and iconic supply companies in the industry, who will showcase their pioneering products, solutions, and services that add value to sector businesses—hotels, tourist accommodations, restaurants, catering businesses, coffee shops, and bars.
Upgrading the Exhibition Experience
For the first time, we are introducing operational measures that inaugurate a new exhibition era:
– 20% more parking spaces for HORECA visitors in independent areas near the Exhibition Center. Visitors will be able to check live availability via the exhibition’s website and select their preferred parking location. Shuttle vans will transport them to the exhibition center for free.
– Ticket price increase to €30. Our goal is to further ensure the professional nature of the exhibition and the presence of exclusively B2B audiences.
– Increased frequency of shuttle buses transporting visitors to and from the exhibition center. This will eliminate waiting times for attendees using metro stations Doukissis Plakentias and Airport.

The Business Lab stage in Hall 3 transforms into an incubator for innovation and inspiration, featuring engaging workshops, successful case studies, and challenging panel discussions with top marketers, dynamic entrepreneurs, and industry experts.
– COFFEE CHAMPIONSHIPS BY SCA GREECE
The coffee industry reunites at HORECA, in Hall 1, for the National Barista, Brewers Cup, and Coffee in Good Spirits Championships 2026.
– GASTRONOMY LAB
Innovation and pioneering techniques take center stage at the live cooking shows in the Gastronomy Lab stage in Hall 4. Over 20 top names in Greek and international gastronomy will present exciting menu ideas that will leave a lasting impression.
– 8th International Hospitality Forum
The future of Greek tourism will be the focal point of in-depth discussions at the 8th International Hospitality Forum, once again organized by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels and hosted by HORECA 2026.
