The final day of HORECA 2025 culminated with a series of highly important discussions and presentations at the Business Lab in Hall 3. Greek Sea Flavors and Locality at the Gastronomy Lab In Hall 4, the Gastronomy Lab concluded its activities by focusing on Greek gastronomy and its modernization. Visitors had the opportunity to discover modern versions of seafood cuisine and experience a new approach to the bistro
