A highlight was the presentation of the ZERO WASTE HORECA AWARDS 2025, organized in collaboration with the Ecological Recycling Society. The day was dedicated to sustainable practices, reducing the carbon footprint, and accessing financial tools for business growth and development.

In Hall 4 at the Gastronomy Lab, cooking shows by distinguished chefs impressed attendees with their culinary creations. These shows inspired hospitality professionals by showcasing modern techniques and innovative flavors.
Attendees had the opportunity to discover the latest developments in professional kitchens, such as the biological aging of meats and seafood, as well as gastro-tavernas that highlight traditional cuisine through contemporary approaches. Notable were the flavors of French gastronomy in space and the fusion of French and Eastern desserts.
The entire Greek Coffee Community reunited
The Coffee Championships stage by SCA Greece in Hall 1 hosted the quarterfinals of the Brewers Cup Championship, where top coffee professionals showcased their skills in the race for a spot in the final. With the participation of renowned and ambitious baristas, the room transformed into an “arena” filled with passion for coffee.
Visitors also had the chance to watch a unique public competition, the Latte Art Throwdown, where professional baristas and other attendees participated in this friendly competition of skill, centered around the art of Latte Art, impressing both the audience and judges!
