In the Business Lab at Hall 3, the industry’s key trends and best practices were presented. Renowned professionals spoke about pressing issues facing hoteliers, restaurateurs, and café-restaurant entrepreneurs.
We had the chance to attend discussions on how AI is bringing the future to personalized hospitality, how younger consumers perceive wellness, and why it has become a focal point for many business sectors. Gastronomy Lab: The Top Culinary Trends on stage
Hall 4 turned into a gastronomic hotspot, where famous chefs from Greece and abroad presented the latest trends through live cooking shows and seminars.

The Coffee Championships stage by SCA Greece in Hall 1 hosted the quarterfinals of the Brewers Cup Championship, where top coffee professionals showcased their skills in the race for a spot in the final.
Finally, in celebration of the 90th anniversary of the establishment and operation of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, a conference titled “Creating Opportunities. Development and Cohesion” took place.
