Discussions among industry leaders, live cooking shows with award-winning chefs from Greece and abroad, workshops, coffee championships&#8230; and of course, amazing vibes and optimism. All the things that define HORECA took center stage once again.<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Thousands of hoteliers, villa owners, and rental room operators attended with the aim of meeting their needs for equipment, decoration, renovation, and catering for their tourist accommodations. At the same time, restaurant, caf\u00e9, and bar owners and managers found unique flavors, quality raw materials, specialty coffees, and ideas for menus, wine lists, and cocktail selections that would captivate their customers.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Professionals from all over Greece discovered in the 4 Halls products and solutions that align with current trends, including sustainability, the zero waste philosophy, digitization, localism, and a healthy lifestyle. At the exhibitor booths, they found sustainable practices for tourist accommodations and food service businesses, energy upgrade solutions, modern technologies, and digital tools that will make it easier and more efficient to organize and promote a business in the sector. The audience was also informed about omnichannel communication, the added value of influencer marketing, and the KPIs used in performance marketing.<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">The day concluded with practical strategies for managing negative reviews on social media platforms, Google, and TripAdvisor, as well as specialized techniques for creating high-quality viral content for corporate accounts.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Gastronomy Lab: Olive Oil, Edible Mist, and Empathy in Food service<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For the third consecutive day, award-winning and internationally renowned chefs shared their knowledge and expertise at the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/horecaexpo.gr\/en\/event\/gastronomy-lab\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Gastronomy Lab<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> in Hall 4.<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Visitors had the opportunity to dive into the importance of olive oil and discover the futuristic concept of edible clouds and inhalable flavors. Additionally, the relationship between science and philosophy in gastronomy was discussed, as well as the role of empathy in modern food service.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Coffee Championships in the Arena of Hall 1!<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The stage of the Coffee Championships by SCA Greece hosted the final of the Barista Championship today. The best coffee experts competed for the title, with the winners earning the opportunity to represent Greece at the global competitions, competing for distinctions against the world\u2019s top professionals.
