In an atmosphere of excitement, they engaged in discussions with exhibitors, met other business owners, exchanged ideas, and saw the trends and new products dominating the market.<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Once again, visitors discovered products and ideas to make their businesses competitive, solutions for energy savings, and cost-saving proposals related to their operations. The day was dedicated to sustainable practices, reducing the carbon footprint, and accessing financial tools for business growth and development.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Gastronomy Lab: Unique Flavors and New Trends in Global Gastronomy<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In Hall 4 at the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/horecaexpo.gr\/en\/event\/gastronomy-lab\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Gastronomy Lab<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, cooking shows by distinguished chefs impressed attendees with their culinary creations. These shows inspired hospitality professionals by showcasing modern techniques and innovative flavors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Attendees had the opportunity to discover the latest developments in professional kitchens, such as the biological aging of meats and seafood, as well as gastro-tavernas that highlight traditional cuisine through contemporary approaches. Notable were the flavors of French gastronomy in space and the fusion of French and Eastern desserts.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The entire Greek Coffee Community reunited<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Coffee Championships stage by SCA Greece in Hall 1 hosted the quarterfinals of the Brewers Cup Championship, where top coffee professionals showcased their skills in the race for a spot in the final.
