At the same time, professionals from the sector of cafeterias and restaurants who visited the exhibition, were informed about new products, saw all top coffee brands and made a number of commercial agreements with the exhibitors. Access to finance and banking tools focused on catering and leisure, the next tax day and the conundrum of the energy market in the catering and leisure business, were some of the topics discussed by expert speakers and operators.
