The influx of professionals, who are the real decision makers in the sector, filled the exhibitors with optimism for successful business agreements.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

From day one, HORECA 2024 confirms its title as the biggest exhibition in Greece, for Hotel and Restaurant Catering and Equipment, promising to be filled with commercial agreements, exchange of ideas and new trends. Many entrepreneurs and executives from the hospitality sector were present since early in the morning. The most important decision makers of the sector had the opportunity to check out a great number of innovative products and solutions, helping them to contribute to the development of their businesses, and be informed about all developments, in terms of services for the hospitality sector. The 500 exhibitors were impressed and excited by the fact that visitors were determined to discuss their real needs of their business and find solutions for theirhotels, restaurants, and caf\u00e9s and leave the exhibition with actual ideas, being able to compare prices and proceed to business agreements.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”85406″ img_size=”FULL”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”85404″ img_size=”FULL”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

A grand opening attended by many businessmen and political representatives<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Representatives of the political and business world, as well as the leading institutions of Tourism were present at the grand opening of HORECA 2024, which took place at 12:00 and was greeted by the Director of New Democracy Mr. Yiannis Smyrlis. For more information see here<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Special events that educated and inspired visitors<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The parallel events of the exhibition were a pole of attraction for every professional who wants to stay updated, so that his business is equal to the trends and demands of the time.<\/p>\n

At Hall 3, at HORECA Business Lab, experienced and renowned HoReCa industry\u2019s executives as well as management and marketing experts presented all the trends and developments for the promotion, management and operation of hotels, coffee businesses and restaurants. HORECA in collaboration with Charis Charalambidis and Gastronomy Essentials presented for the second time the gastronomic event Gastronomy Lab. Today, Day 1, topics such as the world of bread, Corfu Gastronomy and sustainability in kitchens were highlighted, among others. Read more here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At Hall 1, the Coffee Events took place with the finals in the Cup Tasters category and the semi-finals of the Brewers Cup stealing the show. Read more here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Beer presentations kept the interest undiminished at the Beer & Spirits Show stage at Hall 1. The day started with the presentation of the ZERO WASTE HORECA AWARDS, and speeches on the appropriate beer list according to the style of your cafe, ideas for original beer food and Beer cocktails. At the same time, for the first time, at HORECA 2024, WORLD OF Beer Festival was officially presented by FORUM SA. Mr. Thanasis Panagoulias, President & CEO of the organizing company presented the new great festival for the refreshing and magical world of beer to journalists and executives from the beer market, as part of the Beer & Spirits Show.
